Writing Your Heart Out

Participants produce material on the spot, in this guided workshop. Cheryl provides exercises from her book Writing Your Heart Out, with writing prompts.

In each class session, participants do timed writings followed by sharing of the results. Cheryl moderates brief feedback sessions, helping students learn not only how to assess and clarify their work, but also how to listen and analyze the writing processes for themselves.
